Huge room with a kitchen just a short distance from the centre of Kandy so it was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They have a beautiful rooftop infinity pool with views over the trees.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were big with kitchens but a bit dark. Food was fine but we had to order in advance for anything other than breakfast.. Good views from rooftop.

It is definitely not a resort. The layout is odd - reception difficult to find on first floor, front garden under used as right be the road and nothing else on ground floor bar a car park - created a bad first impression - if we hadn’t booked in advance we might have moved elsewhere. Only shared space upstairs on roof where there is a small pool, five sunbeds without cushions and a mouldy sun umbrella. Not a very appealing place to relax. There were hardly any hooks in the room for drying towels etc We felt the hotel had potential - it would take relatively little money to spruce it up but would make a big difference- particularly the roof top area. Nothing really walkable from the hotel, including restaurants (except one hotel). We had to chase up the complimentary massage (which is a 10 min walk away). No real opportunity to do yoga there.

Large room, staff is friendly and trying to help but have limited possibilities

Dirty swimming pool (insects everywhere, pump not used), a lift that broke down when we were in there, ants in the bathroom, very slippery floor (dangerous with kids), very simple breakfast. You don't get a feeling you are in a resort/hotel here.
