I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. The location was great, making it easy to explore Da Lat. Breakfast was simple but fresh and exactly what I needed.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. After checking out in the morning, I spent the day exploring the city and was travelling again late in the evening. When I returned to collect my luggage, they kindly offered me an available room so I could take a shower before my journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference after a long day.

Pleasant staff
Breakfast had limited choice.
There was intermittent noise throughout the night - electrical generator or pumps. This meant we slept very badly. When we mentioned it to the staff they said they knew about the problem: why was this room given to paying guests then?
Their payment system didn't work with a Vietnamese bank card, so I had to use a foreign bank card!!!!
