Let's start with the most important thing, Jan the host. I've been to many of these vacation homes, but I've never received such a warm welcome like with Jan. He was friendly and explained everything, about the house and the surroundings. He explained where we needed to shop and helped us with our planning. Seriously Chapeaux!
We came with a family of 6 for 5 nights. The house was clean and fully stocked. The rooms were big and it was in a great location. The views are amazing, the facilities are great (kids 6,11,13,16) , everyone found something to do. If it was Billiard or Ping Pong.
And the best part the terrace, with a nice cup of coffee. You need nothing else.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan's house (1). The house is new, immaculately clean, and genuinely equipped with everything. The kitchen had every tool we needed, and even the small things (like laundry supplies) were thought of. The rooms are spacious and the whole place looks exactly like the photos, if not better.
Jan is the kind of host that makes a trip. He welcomed us on arrival, walked us through the house, and gave us great recommendations for the area, the kind of tips you don't find online. Any time we had a question, he answered right away.
The location is perfect as a base for the Liptov region: a quiet village with beautiful mountain views (the walk in the fields behind the house became our daily ritual), yet only a short drive from Liptovský Mikuláš, Jasná, and also the high Tatras. The kids barely wanted to leave the house between the game tables and the playground.
Honestly hard to find anything to improve. If we come back to Slovakia, this is where we'll stay.

Absolutely everything! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable and equipped with everything a family could need. We felt at home from the moment we arrived.
We’ve stayed in many places, but this was honestly one of the best. Jan is a wonderful host, kind and helpful. We enjoyed every moment and genuinely didn’t want to leave!
Honestly, nothing. Our only complaint is that we had to leave! 😄

A new modern and cozy house.
The owner cares a lot about the house and about his guests and it is shown in the way every little thing is taken care of with the right attention.
The house has everything you need, and if anything is missing, the owner will provide it as soon as you ask.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything - all new stuff in high quality and great condition.
With serene green view from the windows, the location is ideal at a peaceful village with a small supermarket, and only few minutes drive from Liptovski Mikulas.
