Spacious home close to Dreams Park

Great location for Dreams Park and Cooperstown downtown area. Easy drive and less than 10 minutes from all of it. A very quiet spacious location with a kitchen which is great for families who dont want to eat out everyday.

This home needs maintenance. Stepped on a nail from one of the boards upstairs. The floor feels like its going to cave in and the squeaking noise was so obnoxious. It didn’t matter if you were walking upstairs on the stairs or downstairs. Everyone was kept awake just by someone walking around. The doors made noise, the water pressure wasnt very high and the well water made my kids feel sick- drink bottled water!
