An absolutely exceptional place located right by the sea. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can find yourself in the heart of a charming town and enjoy its restaurants, cafés, shops, and bakeries. At the back of the villa, there’s access to a swimming pool and many other amenities, such as sun loungers, a barbecue, and an electric peka. The house is spacious, modern, air-conditioned, tidy, and equipped with everything one could wish for. There are mosquito screens on the windows. The views from the terrace are breathtaking – you can enjoy them late into the night with a glass of wine and good music. The location of the house is simply perfect. And last but not least – the owners, Karmen and her husband, are wonderful people – friendly and helpful.
