Good location to access Tokyo Metro however the price is not really justifying the value

Good location - 5 minutes from metro station & can access either Haneda or Narita without changing lines. Good room size, with roof top access good facilities & amenities

the staircase has garbage odour, possibly from leaking garbage plastic bin from previous tenant/s
