Quiero aclarar que anteriormente, por error, realicé una evaluación correspondiente a Hare Village en Isla de Pascua, alojamiento que había reservado inicialmente pero que cancelé antes de mi llegada. Me confundí al momento de evaluar, pensando que estaba calificando este hostal de Santiago, que es donde efectivamente me hospedé. Por favor, solicito a Booking considerar esta aclaración, ya que la evaluación anterior fue realizada por equivocación y no corresponde a una estadía en Hare Village.
Respecto a este hostal en Santiago, mi evaluación sí corresponde a mi estadía real.
Muy buena experiencia. El hostal es acogedor, cómodo y tranquilo. Me sentí muy a gusto durante mi estadía y la atención fue muy amable. Sin duda, una buena opción para alojarse en Santiago

Close location to airport.
Kitchen available with coffee, hot chocolate etc.
Transfer to airport at 0230am.
Difficult to contact host- didn’t reply to booking. Com messages or WhatsApp initially.
Locked outside apartment after going out for food as wasnt given door code on check in.
Top bunk had no safety rail.
