Location - right in the heart of the city and Windsor Castle across the street.
Very nice accommodations. Beautiful back balcony that we did not get to use enough. Updated living accommodations (bathroom and kitchen) in a 500-600 year old well kept and designed building. Amazing views of the city. The extreme hospitality and assistance by the owner (helped with food and entertainment options and actually set up reservations for us in amazing restaurants).
I could go on and on.
Honestly, not much. I really have no complaints as even the initial perceived drawbacks ended well and actually better than we could have imagined with the amazing service provided (better than the other locations we stayed and they all were amazing in their own right).

The property was in an amazing area and such a beautiful place and views. The rooftop garden was so beautiful and the bees and bumble bees were friendly. James was a Legend and took the time to welcome us and even carried our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs with a smile. He really made us relax and enjoy the property. If you go to this property with a car make sure you park in the Castle Hotel which is next door. Highly recommend this property and James was such a wealth of knowledge and was so down to earth.
Nothing just had to duck sometimes but it’s worth it.

The location was excellent, as it was in the centre of Windsor, so we could walk everywhere. The property was of a very high standard, very clean and comfortable. James was the perfect host with checking in on us and information for parking and places to eat. Thank you.

The location is truly superb and the comms from our host James was perfect. All the information we needed was on hand with no fuss at all. The lockbox made getting into the property a doddle and it really couldn't be in a better location to explore Windsor, the castle is straight in front of you as you walk out the building, The Long Walk is 2 minutes up the road, a fantastic spot for sure.
It was a little warm but I can't complain really, we're not used to sun in the UK!
