It is a very well arranged modern apartment in a newly built high-rise building. The hosts are superb, as they have thought of all the conveniences needed to make it a comfortable stay. The hosts also communicate very well and quickly to answer any questions.
My only word of caution - this is an extremely local neighborhood. This should ring particularly true for Western tourists who are not quite used to traveling or familiar with the Balkans. It is not a touristy district with charming streets and coffee shops and crowds. You will find yourself in a normal average neighborhood with people who go about their normal daily life, and some of the surroundings will not even match the quality of the apartment and the building itself.

Proprietarii au fost foarte prietenosi. Sistemul de plata si instructiunile clare. Locatia este aproape de centrul orasului, la 10 minute distanta de mers pe jos pana la Old Bazaar. Apartamentul are balcon cu priveliste spre oras. Din facilitati: ceai, cafea, masuta de calcat, masina de spalat, frigider, etc. cam tot ce are un apartament obisnuit. Exista loc de parcare in strada, daca il gasesti, nu este cel mai sigur, nu este amenajat, dar proprietarii ofera loc de parcare privat pentru plata in plus daca aveti nevoie. Desi zona in care sta nu pare sigura, sunt foarte multe case distruse, ne-am simtit in siguranta. In apartament exista instructiuni scrise peste tot. Wi-fi ul lucra ok. Netflix accesibil la TV.
In baie exista un miros urat, care a persistat pe toata durata vacantei. In frigider erau sticle cu apa, dar capacul era desigilat deja. Am vazut ca proprietarii au pus un semn ca apa este potabila de la robinet, dar totusi nu cred ca e ok sa pui sticlele desigilata cu apa in frigider nestiind provenienta ei. Telecomanda de la TV functioneaza foarte greu.
