Clean and very spacious. Kitchen was good with the seating area for meal times. Parking no issue. Nice to be close to the beach for dog walks in the morning before breakfast.
The kitchen cupboards were a little disorganised.
Upstairs toilet a little cramped regards head room.

Very spacious property for 2 families and a dog. Good location to the seaside village of Hornsea and the Beach front. Pleasant stay for over the BH weekend.

The house was superb . Great location for beach and shops. Clean , tidy plenty off space for grankids to have there freedom. Great states with box off goodies. Would recommend. Plenty of games. They had Frustration, magic. Thank you. Alastair Stewart

We loved everything about our stay at Sandy Lodge , so much attention to detail , above and beyond for all the little extras a family may need, plenty of toilet rolls (not the usual 1 in each toilet!) a welcome basket, so useful when you land and need a cuppa. I’ve never found so many pots, pans, baking trays , bowls etc in a rental!
We took the dogs and there’s a huge hall landing where we put the Great Danes crate , we didn’t use the garden as it’s patio only , but there’s a park just over the road, and several lovely walks , including a dog friendly beach.
Lots of subscriptions on the TV for you to watch if it rains , beach a couple of mins walk , and an arcade for kids.
The host now feels like a friend , nothing too much trouble , lots of tips for the area and replied so quickly to any messages
Really would recommend this place , a little gem and felt like really good value for money.
