Appartment was clean and functional. Photos do it justice.
Easy access and parking on street.
Charming town, close to grocery but quiet.
Air conditioning only in bedroom.
It's okay, unless you're sleeping on the sofa bed during a heatwave.
Kitchen lacked some basics (corkscrew and spatula)

Очень уютное место. В 10-15 минут пешком от жд станции, все чисто, просторный номер со всеми удобствами. Здание располагается на приятной улице.
Рядом активная стройка (апрель 2026), если любите поспать до поздна - может быть шумновато

The fact that there was a working AC.
The quality of the apartment is as deep as the photos. Basically, everything "looks" exactly as in the photos. Once you get into the apartment you realise what the pixels were not showing.
Bed room: Bed is soft and cheap. The sheets have hair and a few holes.
Kitchen : Utensils are stained. Everything needs to be washed before use.
Bathroom : No handshower. No hooks to hang. Washbasin sprays water out.
Communication with host: Non-existent. Questions went unanswered. Received one automatic greeting.
Key access: All doors need keys to even exit. What if you realised this after leaving the keys at the house door?
Location: Might be centrally located but otherwise you realise its below par. No assured parking space in front.
Thankfully we had to be there for one night. Doesn't deserve the 8.3.
