Someone let themselves in during the night! Definitely not newly renovated
Proximity to Ascot racecourse as we were working on site there for the week
The house is not newly renovated, there were light switches hanging off the wall. One of the upstairs bedroom lights flickered the entire time when it was turned on. The bathroom tap upstairs had rusted on the inside and came off when one of us used it. The plug got stuck in the sink so we could not drain the sink. The shower leaked through the screen so soaked the bathroom, the shower door was not clean, mould in the corner of the door where it met the bar. Door handle on the airing cupboard door was not in properly and came out when opening the door
The dishwasher did not work, there was a cupboard door missing in the kitchen which shouldn't be missing if it was newly renovated. The layout of the house is odd, the second bathroom is an ensuite in one of the downstairs bedrooms but you have to walk through another bedroom to get to the second downstairs bedroom.
The final night, when getting back to the house another temporary bed had been set up in the downstairs bedroom but we were not informed that anyone would be coming into the house to do this. We locked the downstairs bedroom door from the INSIDE and when we woke up in the morning, the door was unlocked! This is very concerning that someone had managed to let themselves in unlock the door and then left the property for a reason unknown! This was very late as well as we did not get back to the property until 11:30pm!
This property is EXTREMELY expensive for what it is!
