Perfect location for the winter gardens and easy to find. Very spacious and surprisingly quiet.
We did stay in January…the house took 12 hours to warm up as it had probably been empty the few days prior to our arrival. But there were plenty of heaters.

Big enough to hold us all in.
Tidy and rooms were good size.
Not far from tower but is all uphill
George was great got us extra heaters as first night was freezing.
1main bathroom and 1 full en-suite but everyone downstairs has to walk through bedroom to get to it.
2more en-suites with no toilets.
The bathrooms do need updating, showers not powerful.
Downstairs full en-suite had 2 slugs inside the shower, so didn’t use that.
Could do with updating cutlery and more glasses.
House was freezing 1st night we had to sleep in jumpers but George got us extra heaters for next day and we were fine.
