Sem duvidas a visão do mar é pé na areia Chuveiro bom e cama boa não precisa nem de ventilador no mês de maio Vc escuta barulho das ondas e toma café na varanda vale muito a pena !!! Custo benefício

Por ser um apartamento mais velho está precisando de reforma mais não influência em nada os utensílios são limitados

Somente a localização Anfitriã bem educada e o zelador muito gentil.

O local precisa de uma reforma , porta da sacada tá quase caindo, não consegui fechar , entendemos que o valor é barato em relação a outros lugares , porém deveriam dar uma reforma e aumentar o valor. Precisa de uma pintura e trocar as tomas que estão bem gastas
