Recently renovated, Trullo Chiara is a magnificent property in a typical rural Puglian setting. It is entirely located on the ground floor and comprises a living area with equipped kitchen. The living area has direct access to the external veranda which is equipped with a relaxation corner and a dining table.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a double sofa bed, and the second with a double bed and a television. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The property's strong point is certainly the spacious outdoor area, with a private pool and sun loungers with umbrellas, and a barbecue area.

Ostuni, known worldwide as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its immense and dazzlingly white historic centre culminates in the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which rises above the olive plain, the coastal dune park and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of Sant'Oronzo which majestically protects the city.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture; Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. Approximately 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a fascinating historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south you first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
