This tastefully furnished 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the historic Villa Waldschloss offers approximately 60 m² of space for up to six people. Two separate bedrooms, additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, and high-quality furnishings make the apartment particularly appealing for families. Real wood parquet flooring, select designer wallpaper, and custom woodwork highlight the apartment’s unique character.


Living [&] Dining

The light-filled living area forms the heart of the apartment. A comfortable sofa set offers plenty of space for relaxing, while the gas fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. If needed, the sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area for two people.



The kitchen, custom-built by a local cabinetmaker, blends harmoniously into the living area. Amenities include an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.



The spacious dining area comfortably seats up to six people. The view of the greenery enhances shared breakfasts as well as cozy dinners and creates a pleasant atmosphere.


Sleeping

Two separate bedrooms are available for a flexible arrangement of sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses). The second bedroom features a pull-out sofa bed, which is particularly well-suited as a sleeping option for children or teenagers.



Together with the sleeper sofa in the living area, the apartment can accommodate up to six people in total. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs, and spacious wardrobes provide ample storage for your vacation wardrobe.



For families with small children, there is the option to add a travel crib for children up to 3 years old for a fee.



To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, everything will be ready upon your arrival: the beds are freshly made, and a shower towel and a small hand towel are provided for each guest.
