About this apartment rental
Welcome to our garden apartment in Jersey City. Perfect for tourists trying to see NYC on a budget or for a longer term sublet, our brand new, one bedroom/ one bath is comfortable, stylish and fully stocked. Located in a safe, quiet residential street, it is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. Only 3 blocks to the Path train to WTC (in 12 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes) which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, etc.
The space
We lovingly renovated our two family home and live upstairs.
We have lived in Jersey City for 20 years and love the community and how convenient it is to NYC. Our family loves to travel and we use Vrbo when we do, so we know what makes a great stay and strive to provide it to our guests.
The apartment has heated floors for those cold wintery months and a brand new air conditioning system that keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
As you enter the apartment you'll see the open floor concept living, dining and full kitchen. The sofa bed is queen size with a memory foam mattress. The living room has a TV set up with Roku and board games for your enjoyment. The sliding barn door hide a washer and dryer for your use. The bedroom is large with a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress. Large enough for an air mattress for a larger group. The closets are large and we provide plenty of hangers, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom is bright and we provide plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap.
The kitchen has all you need to prepare a simple meal. But you don't have to rush to the grocery as we like to stock up on coffee, tea, milk, sugar and cereal.
