Let's start off with this.
We had a little trouble finding the place because of road closures from a storm that rolled through the town a day prior.
What a nice location though!! Perfectly placed to accommodate everything we wanted to do as a family. The issue I had and it's the only issue was the refrigerator was not running well and the freezer and fridge caused my food to have to be thrown away, now yes that stinks and was unfortunate, but the staff made me very happy and were more than accommodating, they even went and purchased a brand new fridge for the room.
The problem however was the power outage that occurred sometime after, that really put a damper on the trip, but we made the best of everything.
When I went online to try to cut my trip short and leave , I asked for a partial refund for the room and for the food that I had lost.
Not only did Expedia and Ohiopyle Suites take care of me , but they refunded my entire trip.
Talk about customer service.
I will return 100% in the near future to go rafting hiking and biking again.
We really had a great time and the issues that we did have well , they were not caused by the staff or
anyone else. It was just mother nature doing her thing.
Thank you again for all the help and the accomodations that came with the stay.

The property is convenient for those of us arriving by bicycle. I didnt like the way I got messages, so many emails with a link with a list of messages and no way to tell which ones I had already opened and read.
When I called a bit confused, the staff person said all the info was in the messages... but then answered my questions nicely.
The room was big enough to store our two bikes without being a hazard. The place was clean and the co tine tal breakfast room Was well supplied.
Recommend for through bikers.

Great location and a well-maintained property. One thing to know before you arrive: there is no cell phone service in the area. Management recommends printing your check-in instructions ahead of time, and I’d strongly suggest doing so—at the very least, make sure you have the Wi-Fi password handy. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is not a traditional motel. There is no staff on premises, but unlike some, it is very well managed, clean, surprisingly quiet, and has plenty of high quality coffee for the morning, with both a drip coffee maker and a pod coffee maker.
Beds are comfortable and the linens/towels are good.
Will stay there again.
