The lodge was very clean, modern and welcoming, see attached photo. Really lovely lodge and we will look forward to staying again.
The only things that were negative are: the main bedroom radiator does not work, dog hairs were regularly found, the outside of the lodge definitely needs some TLC, it was quite hot when we stayed but unfortunately the seating area was not very welcoming, see attached photos.

Hi we have had a issue with our room staying in lodge applewaith 2. There’s a huge hole in the floor in the bunk bed room with the kids and the bed is literally sunk in it, the bed is like completely cross plus there’s lot of these bugs and other things which are come in. It’s ridiculous as to how this was not checked or reported there a good chance of mice underneath the surface, as the whole underneath there it’s filthy, I cannot let me two years old daughter sleep it’s very disappointing. This is my second day here on reporting to reception they asked me to contact a number and no one picked up. Get in touch with me as how this would be resolved as I was here to celebrate my daughter’s bday and now I’m scared to even let her play on the floor.
