The stay was good and definitely worth the money. The location was really convenient, not far from the beach, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a good experience!
It wasn’t really a drawback, but we would have preferred to have a kitchen, as it would have made the stay even more convenient.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, além da cordialidade do locatário, precisei deixar minhas bagagens na recepção pois cheguei antes do horário do check in e assim que o quarto estava pronto colocaram minhas bagagens no próprio quarto, achei muito atencioso e prestativo essa atitude

Close to bus/ferry terminal, Old City. Exceptionally clean and functional for overnight stay.
Room was small. Entrance was old and run down.

Allow me to preface my comments with the fact that I have been a global guest at many STR/VR (short term rental/vacation rental) properties. This was my first experience with Booking.com, which I chose because this property popped up as meeting more of my criteria than other platforms. Mine are NOT criticisms, rather, hoping to be helpful feedback to both host and future senior solo travelers.
First, I suggest that host, Nada, send check-in instructions sooner. I was in my Uber from Split airport when notified the drop-off address was different from the actual property. This caused me to navigate the broken pavement and cobbled stones with 2 wheeled carry-on luggage from the new address to the flat -- something I avoid when possible in Croatia, or anywhere ... especially after a 13-hour overnight travel
Next, mahalo nui (many thanks!!!) to Nada for helping me up the 30 stairs! Also, a criteria I avoid, and always ask about this with hosts before booking. Nada did not reply, so I trusted the property description. I was most thankful for luggage storage at no charge after check-out and before my ferry. Also to her cleaner who schlepped luggage down later!
Finally, this was a terrific spot for an overnight before my ferry to Bol, Brač. The Caffe Bar Berekin was a convenient landmark for GPS and Uber drivers to find it tucked away. The room was very clean. Most especially I loved the feather pillows -- so rare, offering the comfort of my home! Experience for value was very good.
Already detailed above. Plus, can you find a way to make your bath towels softer? I am aware that most Croatians do not own laundry dryers which render towels stiff when line-dried. Only a suggestion.
