the location was more strategic and attractive cause the beach view was very nice and comfort environment as well and i like the interior. hence, i like the things were very clean and need and also very nice!.
first of all the door is already need to repair and the then the management need to low down the deposit amount which is the customer need to pay, the thing is we already pay for the rental fee and additionally need to pay RM300 as a deposit which is not really okay for me, the broker must mention deposit amount before the customer rent this property.
