A beautiful location with friendly hosts and free cake on arrival .

There was a welcome pack on arrival of necessities such as milk, tea, coffee and bread. Hazel had also left some homemade cakes. Lodge was clean and there was plenty of room for the family. We also had a meal in the Three horseshoes approximately a mile a way all in all it was a perfect place for attending our family wedding just up the road .

Great weekend in Bury St Edmunds for a family celebration

The beds were so comfortable, great to have a little garden with table and chairs. Nice touches of bread, butter, cakes, milk, eggs as well as tea, coffee and seasonings which was appreciated. Lots of kitchen items too. It was very clean and quiet.
