This was our first time staying at this apartment, and we liked it so much that we decided to stay here again for a few days at the end of our trip. Emilio is a fantastic host - extremely kind and always available. The cleanliness of the apartment is outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that cleaning service is provided every second day, and the cleaning lady does a very thorough job. The location is also great, as it is just a few minutes' walk to the public beach. Since the tap water is not drinkable, the host provided a large water dispenser that lasted us 5-6 days, which was a huge plus as we didn’t have to carry heavy bottles from the store. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and we were thrilled to see extra appliances like a toaster, coffee machine, and even a smoothie maker, which allowed us to prepare great meals.

Unfortunately, during our second stay, construction work was taking place on the building for 4 out of the 6 days we were there. The work lasted all day and was extremely noisy, involving drilling and other loud noises, making it impossible to relax inside. While we understand that maintenance sometimes needs to be done, we would have appreciated it if Emilio had informed us in advance. We returned to this apartment specifically to rest before our flight, but we ended up having to leave the apartment during the day just to find a quiet place to relax in the sun. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is quite weak.

Excelente instalación, tal cual la publicación, comodidad de la cama de 10, cocina equipada por si queres cocinar, aire acondicionado y ventiladores en perfecto estado, nos gustó tanto que alargamos la estadía unos días más. Emy muy amable y atento.

Sería bueno cerrar el espacio de ducha con una puerta de vidrio o cortina, ya que si no se moja el baño, el resto perfecto

Súper práctico, cómodo y bien ubicado.
