Desencontros.
Nada, pois não co seguimos chegar até a acomodação...
Não tenho dúvida de que a acomodação era boa, pelas avaliações do Google.
Que o Sr. Nelson é uma otima pessoa e Anfitrião.
Mas precisam melhorar a comunicação pra facilitar que esta chegando e não conhece a cidade; se colocar no lugar de quem está chegando.
Primeiro: o endereço que está no aplicativo não existe, te leva a lugar nenhum, a uma rua sem saída no meio do mato.
Segundo: o telefone disponibilizado no aplicativo também não existe, você fica perdido. Concordo que cheguei na cidade bem cedo, porque o trânsito ajudou, mas o que se pensa quando se chega a um local desconhecido: vou primeiramente localizar a acomodação, depois dar uma volta na cidade, almoçar, fazer umas comprinhas, depois, no horário combinado, chegar e se hospedar...
Mas isso não aconteceu, chegamos na cidade com endereço e telefone que não existem, acabei no meio do mato, num local sem saída e ermo, um perigo pra minha Família; tentamos telefone mas ninguém responde, não existe...
O que teria acontecido se tivessem passado as informações: teríamos chegado à acomodação, teríamos visto que é um Camping Pousada, teríamos ido à praia, almoçado, ou seja, consumido na pousada e quando desse o horário entraríamos na acomodação; é assim que deveria funcionar... Nos perdemos a oportinidade de vivenciar uma experiência otima e eles de faturar um pouquinho mais, como deve ser...
Sendo redundante, acredito que a hospedagem e o local sejam muito bons, que o Anfitrião Sr. Nelson seja a melhor pessoa, mas o que pesou foi a INSEGURANÇA que eu e minha Família sentimos com a falta de comunicação por parte da acomodação; nos colocamos em situação de perigo, em função das informações inexistentes, por isso optamos em retornar pra casa; mais 357km voltando...
Isso foi um problema pontual e muito fácil de resolver: dar as informações corretas.
O Booking não tem culpa, pois cadastram as informações que recebem dos Anfitriões.
