The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and located on the 10th floor. I especially appreciated the water filter, which was a nice extra convenience.
The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall just across the road, making it easy to buy groceries or find places to eat.
The gym is small, but it’s still possible to get a good workout there. The pool is not very deep, but it’s fine for swimming. However, there are only a few places to sit around the pool.
One downside is the noise from a technical area near the parking level around the 8th floor, where there are four large industrial fans. They operate from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The apartment has good sound insulation, but you can still hear the fans during the day.
The building has more than 30 floors but only four elevators, so you may have to wait a while during busy hours.
