The apartment itself was good - decently spacious with a good bed, bathroom and a mini-fridge and very clean. Very conveniently located in terms of restaurants and beaches. There were also watercoolers in the building which made a big positive difference.
The value for money was not good at all given the apartment was on a very noisy main road. I was also told it would cost 500 pesos extra per day to switch to an apartment not facing the main road which seemed extreme to me. The wifi was also unstable even with the router than was lent to me.
