The guy who maintains the place does an excellent job at housekeeping and breakfast/meals. Fresh, delicious, and nutritious food is given right on spot - especially when required. The house is quite clean, and I had an amazing view thanks to the big windows. The computer work desk was nice. The washroom also was clean and tidy.
There was no WiFi network in my room. Additionally, WiFi was down too frequently. I had to constantly sit out in the hall at late hours of the night to finish my work due to frequent loss of WiFi network disconnections and breakdowns. The wardrobe stank of some bad odour (maybe polish), and was unfit to use.

Location is convenient, The care taker cooked homely food, taste was good. Neat and clean facility. value for money.
Breakfast/other meals options too limited, can be better, even slight customization in meals can be given rather than fixed meals options. Care taker did not allow us to cook ourselves if we wanted, generally in service apartments this is allowed. Otherwise service apartment have no other advantage over hotel except value for money.
