Very well located apartment, a 5-minute walk from the town center, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Juha was very welcoming and explained everything to us upon our arrival. We highly recommend it.

Perfect apartment a few minutes walk from the city centre with a fully equipped kitchen including some grocery basics (oil, spices, milk, coffee), which made our long weekend so much more convenient. The apartment comes with a parking space. The host was very friendly and super-responsive. We would recommend this apartment highly to anyone looking for a convenient stay in Rovaniemi. A supermarket was close by, as well as restaurants, and the airport bus stop.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss (not able to stream Netflix on the TV because it was too slow in the evenings), but that was just a small inconvenience for us; we were there for the nature, not movies.

Sehr gute Lage, fussläufig vom Stadtzentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Host hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt, bereits im Vorfeld immer sehr schnell reagiert und kam persönlich kurzfristig Abends vorbei, als es Probleme mit der Internetverbindung des Fernsehers gab und brachte eine Alternative und Batterien. Im Appartment liegen aktuelle Prospekte aus. Auch in der direkten Kommunikation haben wir wertvolle Tipps zum Aufenthalt erhalten. Dusch- und Spülmaterialen werden gestellt. Große Gaderobe, viele Schränke.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis muss im Rahmen der sehr hohen Unterkunftskosten in Rovaniemi gesehen werden.
Sehr einfache, aber ausreichende Ausstattung. Sofa nicht sehr bequem, um längere Zeit darauf zu chillen. Bad nur mit Duschvorhang. Internetverbindung des Fernsehers brach ab (wahrscheinlich wegen zu geringer Bandbreite, wenn gleichzeitig Bilder von Handys hochgeladen werden). Schlafzimmer sehr eng gestellt.

Posizione, cucina completa( anche se una macchina per caffè espresso sarebbe apprezzata)letto molto comodo
Difficile guardare tv la sera(netflix smette di funzionare dopo qualche minuto), per chiudere la porta della stanza da letto bisogna spostare il letto, divano area giorno bello ma non molto comodo
