The host was great. She met us at the property and handed us the keys. She was very helpful even when I didn't like the upgraded room! I asked for the previous room and was elated to get the exact same room I had prior!
I requested an upgrade from the studio to a one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the one bedroom had roaches and after two nights I asked to be moved back to the studio apartment! The studio was cozy, but no bugs which made me happy!

Wat verder verwijderd van het drukke Pattaya. Het strand om de hoek en ook veel restaurantjes.
Voor de kleine boodschapjes zit er een 7-eleven aan de buitenkant van het apart-hotel.
Bij aankomst bleek onze kamer overboekt te zijn en gelukkig voor onze gast niet. We konden uiteindelijk een andere kamer huren voor een hoger bedrag in contanten. Wat je na een lange dag bij aankomst niet echt gelukkig maakt.
Ook een erg matige kennis ban het Engels bij het personeel.
Ook erg veel Russen die in tegenstelling tot de lokale bevolking meestal boos en afstandelijk waren.

la disponibilità e la gentilezza della responsabile signora yoi, che ha risposto tempestivamente alle nostre domande e ha fatto il possibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste in tempi brevissimi, complimenti davvero per la sua disponibilità e professionalità
Mancavano diverse cose nella cucina, e non era pulita in modo adeguato, comunque la Signora Yoi ci ha portato cosa mancava in tempi record, complimenti a lei davvero, la televisione non ha mai funzionato nessun canale, anche qui ha mandato dei tecnici ma non hanno risolto il problema, il foon mancava e non abbiamo più osato disturbare la Signora Yoi, che ha già fatto tutto il possibile, per il resto la struttura era soddisfacente rispetto al rapporto qualità/prezzo, inoltre abbiamo notato che la struttura ha in giro scarafaggi ( Non molti ) ma ci sono anche negli armadi della cucina li abbiamo notati.
