A great location, but several maintenance and comfort issues made the stay less enjoyable than expec

The location is excellent, with the lake just a two-minute walk away.

The access to the building is complicated, as the entrance is through the garage rather than directly from the street, and it took me a while to find the apartment. The sound isolation is not very good, some electrical outlets do not work, there is no air conditioning, and the electric kettle was visibly dirty. The dining table is also very unstable. I also noticed some water dripping from the boiler safety valve in the bathroom at one point.
