Poor cleanliness, unfulfilled promises, and lack of respect for privacy

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding cleanliness, communication, and privacy. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived. There were hairs and nail clippings in various places, the bathroom was dirty, and the bedding had several large, noticeable coloured stains. The carpet was particularly unpleasant, with numerous deeply embedded, sticky stains. I reported these issues to the management, who initially appeared helpful and promised to reimburse me for the money I had spent dealing with the situation. However, despite their assurances, I never received the promised reimbursement, and no effort was made to properly clean the carpet. Another particularly concerning incident involved access to my room. One morning, while I was at school, I received a message informing me that an electrical inspection would take place within the next two or three days. I specifically requested that the inspection be carried out when I was present. However, when I returned from school that same day, I discovered that someone had already entered my room in my absence, despite my explicit request. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and showed a concerning lack of respect for my privacy. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, unfulfilled promises, and disregard for my concerns made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this accommodation, particularly for longer stays.

mediocre at best, smelly bathroom with blood on the shower floor and fob didn’t work, not worth the price.

the bed was a decent size and there were things to make tea and coffee with, location is pretty close to city centre.

there was what seemed to be blood between the tiles in the bathroom floor which meant that we weren’t able to shower (in case of contracting disease from the blood) and it had a pungent smell of possibly old urine which meant using the bathroom at all was unpleasant. the toilet seat also didn’t seem clean. the pillowcases and sheets looked old and they had pilling on them. (we brought our own pillowcases thankfully). there were only 2 pillows provided which were very thin. there is no headboard on the bed so it was uncomfortable to sit up without something e.g a light switch or phone digging into you. the first fob i was given didn’t work and i had to go to reception, which is in a separate building, at midnight to get a new one. it was confusing to order food to a specific gate as there are several gates to the enter the property and it’s unclear how to indicate to the driver where to meet. the curtains had holes in them and weren’t fully attached to the window so it looked shabby. a strong chemical smell filled the room when i turned on the heater.

fresh air and hills

It was quite large complex filled with students, a bit old in parts but generally pleasant

the roads inside the building's premises weren't so good for large lugguages, and the city is quite hilly

The view, the staff, the kitchen within the apartment and the gym!

The room smelt of smoke and I had to unplug the drain 3 times during my stay
