The apartment is beautiful , spacious, modern with fully equipped kitchen. The location is great in the Covent garden.
Could use a few simple cleaning tools, rugs or wipes, broom, and a bin. I stayed for a week and needed to clean but couldn't. Also the first floor still has stairs to it.

Very spacious for London. Good location. Comfortable.
The entrance is extremely narrow with a lot of stairs, so getting luggage up was tricky. I assume the hall way is communally managed as it was quite gritty and the carpeted stairs need a good clean. When we walked in we were nervous about what the apartment would be like based on that, but the actual apartment was very clean. Stairwell was not.

Great location for exploring Central London and attending West End theater.
AC in bedroom was critical during recent heatwave.
Nice mix of local restaurants and Tesco Express is nearby.
Steep stairway is a slog with luggage.

Location...
The stairs ....32 of them ...dark with no lights leading up to the 2nd floor apartment. Claims of city views are not there ...views .....directly out to office buildings.
