Location, tranquility, easy check in and out, comfy bed, nice hot shower.. only suggesting to have a mini bar fridge to keep our drinks cold.

El tiempo de estancia fue corto, sin embargo nos comunicamos vía whatapp y permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in en el lobby, muy buena ubicación caminas por sus alrededores y estas atracciones turísticas y bares y restaurantes.

The hotel has a wonderful hall and a fantastic location just in the very city center. The upper part a sort of common area where you can have breakfast.
Our room was not part of the hotel, it seemed to be a basement or premises then turned into a room. No tiles as the hall or the first room, no window (and there was no mention of it otherwise I won't have booked the room) , so much humidity and unpleasant smell as well as not soundproofed; from the staircase as well as from the upper common part if other people there you could hear everything.
It is a real pity cause you cannot compare that option with the other rooms and the price btweeen the other room of the ground floor was the same....

The location is great, in the center of George Town, close to everything you need to see. The bathroom was small but does the job. Bedsheets and towels were clean.
We had a twin room and the beds were very very noisy, and not comfortable. We had a window but the view was… a wall ! And the window was not in the street but inside the building so no fresh air… We could smell a very strong smell a humidity in the room. They tried to hide it with few air freshener but it makes it worst.
