La posizione e l'atmosfera dell'alloggio creata dal suo insieme.
Nonostante la piacevolezza dell'insieme l'alloggio avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione,nella camera mansardata l'impugnatura della maniglia della porta del bagno si stacca in continuazione, il rubinetto dell'acqua fredda del lavandino in camera era inutilizzabile quindi solo acqua bollente, il flessibile della doccia perdeva acqua, la tendina oscurante del lucernaio in camera non funzionava, e in generale l'illuminazione molto fioca.

Location of this house is amazing. Walking distance to Dinan.
The house is quite old and requires some maintenance and renovation. The floors are creaky, the bathrooms are outdated, and the drainage system appears to be clogged. The furniture also needs attention, as most of the wardrobes are difficult to open and use.
In addition, the pathway near the entrance is covered with small stones, making it very difficult to navigate with a stroller. This is particularly inconvenient for guests travelling with small children.
Overall, the property has potential, but some maintenance and improvements would significantly enhance the comfort and convenience of guests.

l emplacement geographique, le calme, la literie et la grandeur du gite,
Pas de contact avec notre hote ni à l"arrivée, ni au départ.
Electroménager à revoir ( machine à café, plaque du four inadaptée au four);
Petits travaux de rénovation à effectuer.
