Reasonably priced. We weren't expecting breakfast but it was available. Nice to have fresh fruit on offer; no hot food. Good coffee.
Our room was large with a good sized bathroom. Friendly staff. We had good pub meals there on two nights. Right by the Coastal Hopper bus stop and we used the service to go up the coast to Blakeney to see our friends.
Close enough to Sheringham to walk to for restaurants etc. Sheringham Museum is a great place to spend time visiting.
We walked from the station, with luggage the walk was a bit further than expected. We found the bathroom shower temperature tricky to regulate. Our room wasn't made up for 2 days of our stay. No one person seemed to be in charge of the property.

Location and the complimentary breakfast
Noise from downstairs we were I room 1 and the music was very load first thing in the morning. The shower was very difficult to get the temperature right either very hot or cold and also the bread had mould on it!!!

The staff were great. The room was lovely. The evening meal was very good.
