Decent place to stay. I felt it was overpriced but I was here for the World Cup so maybe they inflated their prices. It was a nice enough place. Didn’t give me the room I booked first night but moved me the following day. Not sure that is very fair as the first room wasn’t great. They did however sort it out. Also cleanliness a slight issue but overall it was decent.

No breakfast involved. Property was very well located.
For the price I paid, considering the quality of this accommodation, it does not match up to the price. I have stayed in farhigher quality accommodation in Guadalajara and Mexico City, and have paid either less, or the same amount.
