Mala atención, pobre en información.

Lugar queda muy retirado, muy difícil llegar. Cuando llame para saber donde quedaba y que me dieran indicaciones, Nelson, comentó que mi reserva estaba cerrada, es de ir que no tenía donde alojar que se supone que booking me había avisado, lo cual era falso. Finalmente pude tener una pieza. Decía que tenía piscina, muy pequeña y percibí que la persona que me atendió ni tenía ganas de que ocupara instalaciones, ni piscina ni quincha ni lugar para cenar en la noche, es más tuvimos que salir. En las indicaciones dice desayuno incluido, lo cual es una taza con café, un poco de jamón y jugo…luego debes lavar lo. Que ocupaste, y si necesitas otra cosa lo tienes que traer, Y como no sabía, fue muy triste ver como se hacían pan con palta, huecos, leche etc.

Primero indicar que mi reserva estaba cerrada por booking, lo cual era falso. No indicar todas las facilidades e instalaciones que Odiamos usar. Desayuno, es preferible indicar que podemos traer lo que queramos para el desayuno y que podemos cocinar. Mala información. Sentí que quería que nos fuera,os lo mas pronto posible.
