Clean rooms. Staff was well behaved and co operative.
No direct appraoch road. Access to property is via a small road which cars cannot go. But the staff will help you transport luggage from the parking lot.

Belle chambre tres spacieuse avec salle de bain immense le tout tres propre. Eau chaude 24/24. Tres bon petit dejeuner copieux. A deux pas de la plage. Directeurs et personnel tres aimbles, acceuillants, et serviables. Nous recommandons.

The room was very spacious! Nothing fancy, but a good clean bed, good A/C, good wifi and great location - 5 minute walk to the beach!
It’s a little bit hard to find because the property is now called Ocean Bay - so you have to search Ocean Bay Kovalam in google maps. (I wasn’t told this before I came, I only found this out after).
