Preis Leistung unserer Meinung nach nicht erfüllt.

Die Lage ist top. Der Vermieter ist bemüht, verweist aber bei Problemen auf "wir sollen eine E-Mail schreiben" NAJA?!?! Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe und Kofferunterstellmöglichkeit ist organisiert.

Die Wohnung wir für 4 Pers. ausgeschrieben. Wir waren zu zweit und es war sehr eng. Badezimmer 2qm, man konnte sich hier drinnen kaum umziehen! Bauarbeiten waren im Gange. Wir hatten Fingerabdrücke mit Schmier an Fenstern und Fensterrahmen. Da wir weder Balkongeländer mit Sichtschutz noch Vorhänge oder Plisses hatten war es wie im Schaufenster zu Wohnen. Für Bauarbeiten haben wir Verständnis, aber nicht wenn wir hierfür der volle Preis verlangt wird!! Zweites Schlafzimmer über "Hühnerleiter" mit Gepäck schwer erreichbar. Wohnung richt nach "Gully" bei entsprechenden Wind?!
