Spacious and comfy stay

The shower was not comfortable.

Incorrect description, unreliable host.

Clean, spacious apartment, close to the metro.

1. Only one double bed, though the description states two double beds. The second bedroom has a broken, uncomfortable sofa bed that was falling apart. 2. Bedroom doors don't close and have glass windows, so when someone goes to the toilet, the bedroom lights up. The bathroom door is half broken, hard to close, and hard to lock. 3. Unreliable host, wasn't responding to messages and calls. I only got hold of them through the booking escalation service. Until the last minute, I didn't know where I was going or where to get the keys. 4. The host was demanding copies of passports for every staying guest. This is against all EU regulations and against Booking.com policy. The host used the reason of a Milan Police requirement, which is incorrect and illegal. Only managed to avoid this illegal document collection through booking.com escalation. 5. Only one key set. Very inconvenient.

C'est un peu embêtant quand on arrive dans l'appartement après avoir pris le bus/métro etc et de ne pas avoir un savon mis à disposition pour pouvoir ses laver les mains. Heureusement qu'il y avait au moins du papier de toilette.

Me gustó que estaba muy limpio

1 la puerta estaba dañada solo podías cerrarla con la llave cuando salías 2 cobran súper caro y hacen publicidad engañosa se publican como que tienen dos habitaciones equipadas y es mentira llegas y es una habitación con cama y un salón con un sofá cama que no tienen la decencia de abrirlo y dejarlo organizado … tuve que llegar yo cansada a hacer su trabajo. 3 casi no hay juego de sábanas. 4 no dejan jabón para los platos 5 no dejan bolsas para la basura adicionales solo la del tarro y ya 6 jabón de ducha una miseria unos pequeños tarritos que con dos lavadas de manos se acaban
