Las instalaciones en general y la tranquilidad del alojamiento. Desayuno estupendo y trato correcto por parte del personal. Piscina perfecta para después de la playa.

The Villa was a taste of Portugal. Sylvia, our host, was warm, efficient and kind. The Villa was quaint, clean and the staff extremely accommodating. We were a group of 14 - 7 adults and 7 children under 7. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, linens spotless, light, open and airy. A room change was made to better accommodate the group as well as early checkin, which was a gift in and of itself. Some rooms had no AC, others did have AC, our family traveled in early July and the entire village had an emergency lack of water issue due to the extreme heat. Nonetheless, we were made comfortable, large bottled liters of water were provided, the pool cooled us, the breeze refreshing and the main water came back on around 2 am. It all added to the ambiance of travel. Even other guests were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was varied and fresh. I would recommend the Villa if you want the flavor of local culture vs a cookie cutter hotel.

Do espaço, limpeza, funcionária da limpeza super pronta, refeiçao óptima.
Primeiro: Assim que chegamos, ao abrir uma porta caiu um quadro e partiu um candeeiro, a funcionária que falou connosco ao telefone "culpa-nos" de termos as janelas abertas e fazer corrente de ar. Sem qualquer sentido.
Segundo: enquanto estavamos a passar de um quarto para o outro (resrvamos 2 quartos), iamos a falar, no periodo diurno, fomos alertadas, via telefone, que estaríamos a incomodar os hospedes por falar nas areas comuns.
Terceiro: os isolamentos entre quartos são péssimos, eu não me importo porque não temo nada do que possa fazer, mas recebendo reclamações pela parte administrativa que estaria a fazer barulho, saliento que ouvíamos TUDO do quarto do lado, tossir, ir ao wc, até mesmo a darem beijos, acho perfeitamente normal, só escusado devido às instalações presentes a chamada de atenção.
