The location is quite far from the center areas (Zone 1), but it is at a good environment, very peaceful and tranquil place. We like the ambience with open space outdoor, easy getting in and out at our convenience without bothering the landlord. What's more, we feel the hospitality of the hosts - a man and a young lady, I guess they are father and daughter. They are very kind and friendly. The man speaks French only, and the young lady interpreted it into English, we communicated that way. We met them only at the time of checking in and checking out, not much talking, but we feel their kindness. The best part is that our staying is comfortable, we feel it like home.
The roof is quite low, not high as a normal standard. Anyway, it doesn't matter much, after all. The windows are small, if only there are larger so there would be more natural daylight coming in. Also, if only the door is half transparent like glass so there would be also more natural daylight coming in, and more importantly, we would be able to view from inside out. For the interior, there should have been a little more lighting at the main / front room.

Very clean and cosy for a couple or even a group of 3 visiting. It’s very handy location wise getting into paris and other places. The neighbourhood is also very quite which is good for someone looking for peace and quietness.
Probably just the curtains that allows a bit of light through in summer , for light sleepers this can be an issue if you get woken by sunlight.
