- Zentrale Lage in Eibenstock
- WLAN (Konnektivität) funktionierte schlecht, ich musste teilweise einen privaten Hotspot einsetzen
- Schreibtisch hat keine passende Beleuchtung (Lampe)
- Altes Gebäude, daher kein Aufzug. Stiegenhaus hat teilweise unregelmäßige Stufenhöhen (für mich selbst kein Problem)

Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel
Es hatte den Eindruck, dass es dem Hotel nicht so gut geht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war abgezählt auf die Frühstücksgäste. Die Betten wurden nicht jeden Tag gemacht. Übernachtungspreise wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das hat leider nicht gepasst.

Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend..
Die Ausstattung, das Bad ... alles ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Möbel und vor allem die Betten gehen gar nicht. Und Sauberkeit ist etwas anderes.
