No geral tudo bem mas falha na comunicação com proprietário

A localização é muito boa. O quarto estava bem limpo.

Não consegui falar com o anfitrião em nenhum momento. Mandei mensagem para o WhatsApp que tem logo após fazer a reserva e pelo Booking e nunca fui respondida. Queria saber se o valor do estacionamento estaria incluído ou quanto seria. Mas nunca me responderam. No checkin fui informada que por ser um quarto de proprietário se eu tivesse qualquer problema deveria contactar o proprietário diretamente e não o hotel. Eu não tive nenhum problema mas se tivesse tenho dúvida da comunicação e como teria sido solucionado ja que nunca consegui falar. Sugiro incluir uma torradeira, garfo e pano para a pia da cozinha. Para quem se hospedar por mais dias faz diferença. Só fiquei 1 noite mas senti falta no jantar e café da manhã. Só tinha colher e faca.
