The apartament was nicely furnished, the AC was working in all rooms which is a must for a visit to Malta in the summer time.
We had everything that we need when it comes to kitchen utilities.
Also the apartament is close to several bus stations, the harbor and at about 20 mins from the airport. At about 10 mins on foot we found a Lidl and other mini markets.
Everything was nice.

La Struttura è nuova al centro di Sliema e a due minuti a piedi dai traghetti per Gozo e La Valletta . Tutti i servizi sono vicinissimi . Confortevole e luminosa , Robert gentile e attento alle richieste , alloggio consigliatissimo !!

O apartamento é amplo, bem decorado, super confortável. A localização é ótima. O anfitrião Robert foi super atencioso nos proporcionando rápido acesso ao apartamento. Muito obrigada. Malta já é linda e ficou melhor para nós por conta da sua hospitalidade.

Very spacious for two people, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus
Excellent location, effective air conditioning, a large refrigerator, and convenient laundry facilities.
Although the host pointed out that the dishwasher is not listed in the booking amenities, it is physically in the kitchen (and in photos), so we naturally assumed it worked. In reality, it is not plugged in (no outlet nearby) and stinks terribly inside. Additionally, kitchen supplies were sparse (only 3 glasses), cutlery was dirty, pots were stored wet with rust, and the kettle was unappetizing.
Beds had no mattress protectors, and it was filthy under the beds. Cleaning up sand was impossible because there was no vacuum or mop—only a small dustpan and a broom that constantly fell apart.
We found cockroaches in the hallway and one on the last day the bathroom. There was also a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom drains.
Bathrooms are extremely dark (doing makeup was only possible in the living room). The sink drain clogs immediately, and the toilet flush is too weak for a full cycle. Wall sockets are loose and cabinet handles are not properly screwed in.
