Inside the flat is lovely and comfortable. The rooms are cosy. The shower room is big and the shower is amazing. Everything needed for a short stay was provided.
Accessing the property is from the back via an iron fire escape. The car park and locked gate entry were dark and there was a lot of discarded rubbish around and through the gate on the bottom stairs (not used by to get to the flat but unsightly). The car park is busy until later in the evening. This would not be recommended for a single traveller.

Bedrooms lounge and kitchen facilities shower toilet were all very good Bit of trouble getting the keys out and couldn’t lock the parking bollard , it was easy to just push down when we arrived ! Location bars and Burnley fc was excellent
Outside area below the stairs was pretty untidy !!

It was in a great location and very nice interior inside.
Would have been nice to have had some sachets of milk to make a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. There was a bar of soap given but some guest room supplies like shampoo would also be good.
