The apartment was very well equipped. The location was excellent, close to the city centre but quiet. The dedicated car parking space was very useful.
Minor but I did not arrive until after 10pm at night and there was no toilet paper in the apartment. Given it was impossible to purchase this it was annoying.
However the main issue I had with the apartment was the property management. They treated the apartment as if it was a commercial lease to a commercial company, rather than to somebody on holiday. I got a stream of emails, texts and telephone calls throughout the week asking me to ensure I cleaned the apartment before I vacated it, to do an inventory of all the equipment in the apartment when I arrived and just before I vacated etc. It was annoying in the extreme and was a totally unnecessary "addition" to the holiday.

La vue du balcon, la proximité de la plage, des commerces et du centre historique
il n'y a pas la climatisation mais on le savait donc rien à dire même si cette année c'était trés dur de dormir à cause de la chaleur. Par contre la literie n'est pas du tout confortable, de grace mettez au moins un BZ pour vos locataires.

LA CHOSE QUI M’AS PAS PLU, C’EST QUE ILS NOUS DISENT QUE LE MÉNAGE EST INCLUS DANS LE PRIX TOTAL DE LA LOCATION MAIS LA VEILLE DE NOTRE DÉPART J’AI REÇU UN SMS POUR NOUS DONNER DES CHOSES A FAIRE CONCERNANT LA MENAGE.
