Sushmita, Sapna, Roshan, salish and mausumi were very helpful during my stay. I loved my room with the lake view and huge balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, pleasant and caring as I was traveling alone.

Booked a triple bed room but was upgraded for free to a family suite. Very welcoming staff, exceptional and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast is very much up to standard. The view from the restaurant is absolutely phenomenal.
The location is excellent with many services, restaurants, etc. in close proximity.
The family suite did not have a full body mirror to refer to before going out. Would have been a great addition. The bathroom lock was also malfunctioning but the staff helped us out.
A personal point to note was that the mattresses and pillows were too soft (weird complaint) which caused body aches after sleeping. May be something to note for people who prefer harder mattresses.
