I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made my experience special was the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was very helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Samir, Restaurant Manager, Mr. Ahmed Adel, Reception Manager, and Mr. Ibrahim Maksab, for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout my stay.
Many thanks as well to all the hotel staff for their great service and for making my stay so enjoyable.
I truly appreciate your efforts and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Everything was beyond expectations
Mr Ahmad at the front desk, Mr Tamer the luggage guy, Mr Nader the restaurant manager and the restaurant waiters , the housekeeper everyone was amazing
The food was really good and the facilities in the resort and in the neighbor hotel were great

أقمت في Pickalbatros Laguna Club لمدة 5 أيام، وكانت من أجمل الإجازات التي قضيتها مع العائلة. الأطفال استمتعوا جدًا طوال فترة الإقامة، والأجواء كانت رائعة.
الفندق هادئ جدًا في الليل، وهذا وفر لنا راحة واسترخاء حقيقي. الأكل متنوع ولذيذ، وجودته ممتازة، وتعامل جميع الموظفين كان راقيًا واحترافيًا ويعكس اهتمامهم براحة النزلاء.
من المميزات الرائعة أيضًا أنه يمكنك استخدام جميع الأنشطة والمرافق في Pickalbatros Laguna Vista المقابل، مما يضيف خيارات أكثر للترفيه والمسابح والأنشطة ويجعل التجربة أفضل.
فريق الأنيميشن كان أسطوريًا ويستحق كل الشكر على الأنشطة والأجواء الممتعة،

كما أن جميع طاقم المطعم كانوا في قمة الأخلاق واللطف، وخدمتهم كانت ممتازة طوال الإقامة.
شكرًا لكل فريق العمل على هذه التجربة الجميلة. كانت إقامة تستحق 10/10، وبإذن الله لن تكون الزيارة الأخيرة، وسأرشح الفندق بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة، والخدمة الممتازة، والأجواء العائلية الرائعة.

I like that it was clean but I stayed for 10 days and on the last day I couldn't even eat because the food was so repotted and all the food tasted the same honestly on the last days I couldn't even handle the smell. And I didn't even like the way I felt watched the whole time they on the food time on the pool and all the time and we had a problem with the pool towels when they gave us the card for the towels they didn't tell us that if you lose the towels you have to pay for it so we lost a card and they told us that we have to pay for it and in the reservation they treated us so badly but their was only one good person his name is MOHAMMED GHALI hi is the best he helped us a lot
