Worse place I ever stayed in…

AWOID! Location isn’t too bad. Smell very bad but to be fair 9 out of 10 basement accommodations got this dump smell Of humidity. As someone mentioned before opened doors and windows don’t help. Also if you are non smoking person smell of cigarettes will replace smell of dump within minutes. Very old and tired furniture with the one filthy fork in a drawer. Owners seemed ok on arrival and apologised for not working freezer blaming previous tenant for braking it. Promised to fix it same day or next day. I wasn’t impressed but decided to give it a go. They had a party all night long upstairs and i didn’t get a chance to sleep at all. Place smells like stables and owners definitely had a horse racing all night long by the sound of it. By 11:30 i found myself a new place and moved out. Money they didn’t return to me. When i went to handle my keys music was so loud that person in a doorway didn’t even hear me talking to him. I just poked him and handled key. Some other young guy come out half naked: asked me where i come from. He said last night he went to apartment and nobody was there. Clamping he didn’t know there was someone living downstairs. I got no clue when he come to my apartments and what for as fridge still wasn’t working. But surely he shouldn’t be entering place without my permission or even me knowing it. He said it won’t happen again. I asked for my money back but he said no. I didn’t feel safe there at all. Not sure if he was drunk or drugged i just wanted to leave place ASAP. Yes place is cheap but still not worth it. Ужасное отношение к клиенту, пьянки, гулянки всю ночь не давали спать, заходили в квартиру без моего ведома под предлогом починить холодильник, но ничего не починили. Запах ужасный в доме, но если быть объективной то в таких подвальных помещениях он всегда такой. Но только в объявлении они не пишут что за помещение вы будете снимать. Ночь не спала, утром нашла другой дом и выехала сразу. Деньги не вернули.

Es fehlte leider eine Klimaanlage, viel befahrene Straße am Schlafzimmer (mit geschlossenem Fenster war es in Ordnung)
